This camp is designed to give every athlete the knowledge of proper technique and all the proper skills and exercises required to improve their technique, resulting in higher, safer vaults. We use video analysis, and multiple pole vault drills such as rings, rope, high bar, hurdles, and PVC simulation drills. Evenings will include video analysis and the breaking down of each vaulter’s technique to make corrections for the following day. Other activities include:

Beach training; hills, sand runs, stairs, swimming
