About our programs

     Youth Track & Field

We are now offering evening clinics for kids ages 8-13.  We offer training for the Sprints,  Hurdles, Distance, and the Jumps. When the coach and athlete decide where they are most likely to excel, we  focus on drills, conditioning, and specific training for those specific chosen events. Each workout is designed to be fun and to help you child reach their goals and stay fit and healthy. Clinics open to kids 8 to 13 year old.

For more information contact: Anthony Curran at 310-490-0849

Pole Vault clinics are held at UCLA and Redondo Union High School (RUHS)  weekly.  Coach Anthony Curran is one of the most successful pole vault coaches in the country.  Each athlete will be evaluated and given instruction specific to their own ability.  The focus of each clinic is to improve technique and prepare each athlete for competition. Our goal is to teach proper technique so it will make your pole vaulting experience fun and safe.
